Benjamin Toaff

Ben Toaff originated from a religious Jewish family in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Ben started out as a timid skinny high school child with a high-pitched voice. As a freshman he was the last guy on the bench of his basketball team. Two years later, he managed to surpass six seniors older than him and lead the team in three-point shooting.

When Ben discovered his passion for real estate, he started in the tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach and started out slow but now has flipped over Two hundred fifty homes in over four different states across the united states. Ben and his team acquire properties in all types of neighborhoods, including from small single family residences, vacant lands as well as large commercial buildings. Ben aspires to be the largest real estate investor in the country.

Christina Cooke

A New York native, Christina relocated to south florida over a decade ago. Christina comes from a vast background in the real estate industry. After college, Christina immersed herself in the world of real estate , starting in commercial, moving to high end residential to then finding her passion in real estate investments with a focus on rehabilitation of single family residences and multi-family value add projects. With over 8 years in the industry,  she brings an extensive background and experience and takes pride in her hands-on approach to her work.
